Purpose
This Website has been established to provide information about Regenerative Agriculture, help educate, sponsor farmers and donate to our Carbon8 Fund. By donating and signing up, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our refund policy. Please review the following prior to making your donation.

To the extent permitted by law, we will in no way be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused (and whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic) which may be directly or indirectly suffered in connection with use of this Website or websites of other entities which are hyperlinked from this Website (Linked Websites).

Protecting your personal information
To protect your personal and financial information, our site uses security encrypted response forms when personal and financial details are requested. The security we use between your browser and our website is 256-bit TLS encryption.

We have a number of social media accounts, which currently includes Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn (collectively known as our Pages). All content on our Pages is subject to individual terms of use as outlined by each social media provider.

Donations
Carbon8 has been working with Southern Cross University and is hoping to be endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1) auspiced through SCU. We are working very hard on donations being tax deductible and will notify as soon as we get this finalised. (July 2019).
Refunds
Carbon8 will provide a refund in the following circumstances:
- if you make an error in your donation
- on any Carbon8 branded merchandise purchased at a hosted Carbon8 event (Event), providing the item purchased is returned in its present condition within fourteen (14) days of purchase;
- on any CARBON8 branded merchandise purchased at an event not hosted by CARBON8 or from a registered third party seller of CARBON8 merchandise, providing the item purchased is returned to CARBON8 in its present condition within fourteen (14) days of purchase;
Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error please email gday@carbon8.org.au as soon as possible. Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt.
General
In these Terms of Use, "Carbon8" means Carbon8 Fund Limited ACN 634 329 696 and "we" and "us" refer to Carbon8, and "our" has a similar meaning.
“Website” means the whole or any part of the web pages located at www.carbon8.org.au and includes the layout, individual design elements, underlying code elements and any text, sounds, videos, graphics, animated elements or other content contained on this Website.
We may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately. Your continued use of this Website after any amendment constitutes an agreement by you to comply with, and be bound by, the amended Terms of Use.
